Prices depend mainly on the number of connections, the length of the history and the number of users. Tool calls are a fair use allowance.

  • 10,000 tool calls per month (fair use)
  • Daily sync, plus several times a day for orders and inventory
  • Alerts, for example for an impending stock-out or when a connection needs to be reauthorized

• Agency

  For agencies that manage several merchants

  €49 per client per month

  plus statutory VAT

  • Scope of the Pro plan per client (note)
  • Agency dashboard with client switching
  • Data of each client kept separate, no analyses across clients

What the plans include

Connection

One connected account, a seller account on Amazon (Seller Central). For further types of connections, see the notes.

History

How far back the data goes. Summado deletes older data on an ongoing basis (deletion).

Seat

A user account for one person in your organization.

Tool call

One request from your AI assistant to Summado. The allowance is a fair use limit: anyone who exceeds it permanently moves to the next plan or books an add-on. You pay the costs of the AI assistant itself to its provider.

Sync

How often Summado reloads the data from your connections. Every answer states how current the data is (data freshness).

Add-ons

Notes

• Shopify, Kaufland and OTTO are planned as additional channels.
• Amazon Ads reports are in preparation and not yet available.
• Until then, a connection is a seller account on Amazon (Seller Central).
